We offer shipping options with United States Post Office, UPS, and FedEx. In an attempt to provide the most accurate shipping costs to our customers, our website calculates shipping with actual product weigh for your order.

Wise Heart LLC (dba Lavender Valley) ships to final destinations located in the United States. At this point in time, we cannot ship outside of the U.S., or offer shipping to a freight forwarded company that ships to countries other than the United States. Should that policy change, we will update the shipping guidelines.


We try to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Unexpected delays in processing may occur, however, especially during the holiday season. Delays may also occur if items are out of stock or if there is a problem with payment verification. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Expedited orders (orders shipped via 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air) are given priority.

Estimated shipping times are calculated in business days from the date that the order ships. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days and are not counted in the estimated shipping time.



Ideally you will never want to return an item to Wise Heart LLC (dba Lavender Valley). In the unfortunate circumstance that you do request a return, however, we will attempt to make the process smooth. You may send products back to us within 30 days from the invoice/purchase date.


Please include a copy of your invoice in the return package. If your address or contact information has changed, please also include that information with your invoice. We appreciate your feedback and would welcome a short note explaining why the product is being returned, although this is not a requirement of the return. This will help us continue to improve our service of you and other valued customers.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). If you paid for your order with money order drawn on a certified and insured US bank, we can issue a refund in the form of a company check. Please allow up to one week from the date your return was received for a refund issued via company check. Credit card refunds will be managed within two days from the date we receive your returned item.

  • The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and must ship products as traceable with proof of delivery.
  • We are not able to honor requests for product exchanges and store credits.
  • Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and must be unused.
  • We do not accept returns of opened essential oils. The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken in order to qualify for a return.

Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot ship the items back to you.


  • If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately.
  • All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date.  Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.
